HOUSTON, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On May 2, 2002, the Board of Directors of Lyondell Chemical Company (NYSE: LYO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock, payable June 17, 2002, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 27, 2002.
