Lyondell Announces Price Increases for Titanium Dioxide Products

HUNT VALLEY, Md., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lyondell Chemical Company (NYSE: LYO) is increasing its prices for all rutile and anatase Tiona® titanium dioxide (TiO2) products sold in North America to all end-use markets, effective July 1, 2006 or as contracts allow, by U.S. 4 cents per pound. Tiona® products are produced and sold by Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Inc., a Lyondell company.
