Basell to increase its advanced polyolefins prices in North America

Basell announced today that it will increase prices by 5 cents per pound for all North American grades of polypropylene compounds (PCMA) and resins based on the Catalloy  process effective October 15.

"Continued significant escalation of raw material costs has necessitated this additional increase,” said Greg Larson, senior vice president for Basell’s Advanced Polyolefins Business.
