Basell announced today that it will increase prices by 5 cents per pound for all North American grades of polypropylene compounds (PCMA) and Catalloy process resins effective February 15.

"With the cost of raw materials, energy and transportation at all-time highs, this price increase is necessary,” said Gregory Larson, senior vice president for Basell’s Advanced Polyolefins Business.
